Lee joined Croft as Principal Transport Planner in November 2018 after 12 years with AECOM. During his time with AECOM, Lee provided advice on transport planning, feasibility studies, masterplanning and assessment work in connection with HS2 in the East Midlands and the Manchester and Manchester Airport stations.
He also spent five years on secondment to Manchester City Council’s highways team providing advice relating to highways and public realm aspects of planning applications, pre-application scoping and planning application determination.
At Croft, Lee is responsible for providing transport planning, travel planning and development control advice for a wide range of major projects, including junction modelling and report preparation. He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Logistics and Transportation (CMCILT).
Outside of work, Lee is a committed rail enthusiast and model-builder, operating miniature passenger-carrying trains for the public. He is also a keen photographer and currently runs seven Facebook groups he has created plus a website for his local model engineering society in Wigan. He also enjoys dog-walking and DIY.
